Safe to take Detoxifying Epsom Salt Baths??

I LOVE these baths and try to do it every Sunday evening. I'm 5 1/2 weeks anyone else enjoying these??

On my bag of Epsom salt it says pregnant women should avoid using. Also be careful with the temp of your bath this early.

Dr. Google says it's very safe as long as the water is not too hot and actually good for pregnancy bc of the minerals in the salts. Ooh Dr. Google...

I'd ask your doctor. I take these occasionally but havent since getting pregnant

It would have to be a lukewarm bath to avoid raising your body temperature... And it seems like it could cause dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance? Ask you doctor for sure.
