Mid cycle bleeding
I've had trouble ovulating and started taking femara. It has definitely been working according to the blood test last month!! Well, today (halfway through my cycle) I stated bleeding. Like first day of period bleeding. Is this a normal part of ovulation? I've never had this happen before.
