Boosting supply
So I've tried everything pumping, fenugreek, mothers milk tea , oatmeal, etc etc and still I only pump about 2 oz from both breast my LO is 6 weeks and I feel as if she doesn't get full I bought these pills has anyone taken them??? If so how if it says to avoid drinking anything 15 min before and 15 min after I can't just swallow them Help!!!! Any suggestions
