Values of a sperm analysis/count

So my husband had his first spermanalysis/count done three months ago and we got a bunch of paper with values wich I don't understand and our Doctor is very rude when you ask him something.. So anyways we have another one in 10 days.. My question is, what values I have to look for to go up? Maybe with the specific names they use? Just so I know what I have to look for.. My English is still not the best and I just want to finally understand what I'm looking for... Anybody can help?!
