I am 11 weeks and 4 days. This afternoon while talking with my husband I suddenly felt like if I peed. I went to the bathroom and it was a kind of a light blood pee. I freaked out! I called my doctor and she immediately told me to be calm that this was normal. She then asked me if I was constipated and or had sex. I told her I have been constipated and j was "forcing" for while earlier today. She explained this is normal and that it could bleed a little more. I have an appointment Thursday but she said I can come over to hear the heartbeat. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any advice? I am trying to not worry, but after having one miscarriage last year at 6 weeks and 5 days the fear is always here.
