I only have 3 bridesmaids, my maid of honor has been fantastic but one of my bridesmaids has been so incredibly distant and acting pretty crazy. She's made no effort in being a part of anything. Over the weekend it was my bridal shower and she showed up 45 minutes late only to stay for 30 minutes. Her fiancé had surgery and she felt like she needed to leave to care for him, I would have understood except his mom flew in from out of state to care for him and his surgery was something very minimal! She also won't go to my bachelorette party and isn't planning to get ready with me on my wedding day... I can't help but feel sad because I feel like she doesn't care. Any ladies have any advice?
