Dysautonomia/POTS/NCS help?

I have neurocardiogenic syncope, which is similar to POTS. This is my first pregnancy and I'm terrified! This baby wasn't planned but is already very loved. Have you had any great advice from friends or doctors?

Following! I also have NCS. I just had 3 episodes in a row. Not sure if I am pregnant yet or not. Waiting to test.

I have NCS. It gets worse for me during pregnancy, so I have to be in a wheelchair while pregnant. However, for some people the increased blood volume makes theirs better.

Just hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! You'll be okay. Pay attention to your symptoms and if you feel pre-syncope, do not fight it! Just lie down on the ground, feet above head, until it goes away.

I've got POTS and Orthostatic hypotension. Since I can't take my mediation during pregnancy (I'm 8 weeks), I wear compression stockings and make sure to keep my salt & water intake up (which can be difficult with constant nausea).

Even so, the last couple of days my blood pressure's been around 90/60 and I've been feeling terrible. My cardiologist advised if it gets too bad to go to an urgent care for some IV fluids, as a bag of saline has some astronomical amount of electrolytes in it.

I have POTS and am currently 5 weeks pregnant. I've had some dizzy spells and my blood pressure is even lower than normal😐. I think with the help of my doctors, this should end up ok. I caught an upper respiratory infection and dislocated a rib coughing, so that's been my first hurdle.

Hi, I suffer wth POTS/dysautonimia and for some reason my symptoms were betting during pregnancy but I think it's may have been with me sitting down (a lot!). I also have Ehlers Danlos syndrome which flared horrifically in my first pregnancy and left me wheelchair bound from 5 month pregnant. My pots symptoms flared after birth though and took a long time to get back to a level footing. We're TTC again and although I'm worried what will happen I know that another child will be worth it. I've seen a few ladies on a Facebook group talk about their lots symptoms subsiding so I pray that happens for you and your conditions but best to talk to your dr to see if there could possible be any complications.
