Anyone plan on using cloth diapers?

I've been thinking about using cloth diapers with our second child. Has anyone cloth diapered before? Thoughts?

Love cloth diapering it's sooo much easier than I thought! No soaking, no spraying. I have all bum genius and Nora's nursery diapers. They're perfect! I like the pocket style as the all in ones take forever to air dry. I can dry the inserts for the pocket style diapers in the dryer which makes it really fast. I have 21 diapers and do laundry every three days. Of course newborns would be like every other day if not every day and a half. But we did disposables till our baby was 5 months old. Disposables in the beginning is easier because they poop like crazy! But breast milk poop (that orange seedy poop) is actually fine to go straight in the washer since it just dissolves. Once they eat solid foods and get more solid poop you do have to knock it off into the toilet before washing but that's it. Plus, cloth diapers are just so cute! Lol. And it saves soooo much money. Disposable diapers make up 2% of the worlds land fills too!

Velcro is the way to go in my opinion as its so much faster than snaps but it's really a personal preference. I have both. Above picture is a Nora's nursery diaper and below is bum genius.

My son is 13 months old and I have cloth diapered him since he was 1 month old. I use AIOs because stuffing pockets take too much time. As far as drying time, they usually dry overnight or about 20 minutes outside in the summer. I like the websites Kelly's closet and Nicki's diapers for buying diapers they both have diaper trials so if you don't like a diaper you can return it. They also have lots of information on different  types are of diapers and washing instructions. Here is a good graphic on the different types. I use currently 3 types AIOs, ai2's and for night I use prefolds and covers.
I use thirsties AIOs hook and loop(Velcro), smartbottoms snap, best bottoms snap, bumgenius overnight flip insets and thirsties duo wraps. If you like hook and loop(Velcro) get thirsties or tots bots brand they are the best hook and loop diapers on the market. For detailed wash help look up fluff love university on Facebook. Every picture has facts. Cloth diapering is very easy and I love it. I plan to start as soon as my baby is born this time. I bought newborn cloth diapers and I am so excited to use them. Good luck.
