I'm home alone with my 4 month old on weekends while my husband works.  I typically have the TV on for background noise but keep the picture off (mostly so our dog doesn't bark at animals on TV lol).  I was recently reading an article that said that babies that young shouldn't have any TV time.  I'm not putting my baby in front of the TV; just using it for noise in the house during the day and I do watch shows while baby is sleeping or sometime the picture is on while we're playing.  Just  curious to know what others think and if you have TV on around your LO?
