Upset, trying not to cry at work

Got my Day 5 update post-egg retreival. Of the 6 fertilized, 3 haven't moved since Day 3 😞 Of the remainder, 1 is going strong and the other 2 are chugging along. They'll do the biopsy tomorrow and call me afterward. It's our first IVF and we're TTC#1&2 so I don't know what I was expecting....I just wasn't expecting to feel so sad & disappointed. Am trying not to cry at my desk.
