Practice!! Seriously!! Go onto your bed and sit back on your legs just as if you were straddling him. Lift your hips up about three inches off of your feet/legs and just get down your moves. Practice moving your hips in the motions you like. Embrace the dorkiness.

I used to be shy, my SO (married 5 yrs) just lays back and let me have my way with him. I can move however I want, find the groove that works for me and makes me feel good tho i do try to think about him and make sure he feels good too and that turns him on. Kinda like using him as my sex toy, really hot! He always gets me off several times before he does.

(Instead of bouncing up and down, try rocking your hips front and back, he still moves in and out but you get clit play as it rubs against him and he will hit your g-spot that way. Take your time and just try now things along the way.

Well if you want to bounce I would recommend being on top but turning around that way you can place your hand on his upper thigh and not worry you are hurting him it's also a good position if you don't feel confident being stared at that's not my problem but I just thought about it that they could be a bonus for some women but if you want to face front then it's more of a grind really throw on some music that makes you want to drop it like it's hot lol grab the back of the head board and go to town

I was a pro before I got pregnant and belly got big lol. Tip, it's a lot easier when it's wet down there. Maybe squat and bounce if it's harder for you to keep balance. You can also turn around and squat, my SO loves that.

The things I found super helpful were having something to hold onto behind your SO's head and have a hard surface for your knees to rest on. I find that a soft rest for my knees causes them to sink and then I can't get a good grip the thrust. If your mattress is too soft, try the floor or a chair. The biggest thing though is to relax, your SO obviously thinks your gorgeous. Good luck! :)
