Is there anything you can do to make periods more regular ?
Hi ladies,
So I'm currently in my period, day 3. But before this cycle, I hadn't had a period for 2 months. I thought I was pregnant, did multiple tests with a faint positive (Drs test resulted faint positive too) before finally concluding a negative result about 2 weeks later.
My periods are never regular, they are never the same..
I had the inplanon put in 3 1/2 years ago. I didn't have a period at all for the first 2 years, then started to get then irregularly.
They continued irregularly, with cramping and symptoms worsening quite badly. I was getting frequent defeat cramping, migraines, UTIs, and Thrush.. Eventually I went back to the dr who suggested replacing my implant early, Which I did.
Now here I am, getting irregular periods, with no warnings..
I can go 2 and 3 months without a period, and then get a period every 2 weeks for 2 months.
Drs are useless and I would really like to know if any of you ladies have experienced this before?
Is there any way to help make your periods more regular ?
