There's a lot of articles out there's that say it's safe to consume 200 mg a day so equal to a small coffee but I would ask your dr to make sure what's safe for you.

Probably just cut it down a bit. Like if you normally have 2 cups, just have 1.

Good question. I am ttc and have been drinking my coffee every day still. And some days I drink two cups! But I plan to stop
