Missed my shot

So I've had unprotected sex twice recently and the first time I did it I realized I missed my Depo shot so I took an after pill just in case but on Valentine's Day in the heat of the moment we didn't use a condom and I don't have another day after pill

How likely is it that I could be pregnant from missing one shot ??
