Tattooing babies..
I just watched a video of a mother making her little child (looks about 1 1/2 -2 years old) get a tattoo on his arm by the elbow. I read the article and she is from Cuba and they have a lot of human trafficking and she had him tattooed so if he was ever taken she could identify him if he was ever found. What are everyone thoughts about that?
