Baby noises

Okay so my son is almost 2 weeks old and since we been home he sounds congested all the time. No fever or anything but it almost sounds like a gurgle. Anyones baby done this? I have tried a humidifier, saline drops and sucking his nose. It still there. Thats why I dont think its in his nose. He was born at 35 wks 5 days. Its starting to effect his eating
