Still no AF since Nov

So been TTC for 3 years. Got lucky year one with IUI and + preg. Miscarriage at 8wks. DH &I were devastated. But kept on trucking. Now using OPKS and natural remedies got regular periods (been exercising too). I'm tall and not obese but still heavier than docs would like. So this nov could of swore this was it sore breasts, tired, etc negative test at doc then AF shows with a vengeance. Scared us both. But then no period since O on 12/20 Negative tests since Jan. Anyone get preggers with negative results?
