Sex while sick?

My husband and I are trying to have a baby. Today is my most fertile day. I've been waiting for this all week. I woke up today sick as a dog. Severe cold and sinus, body aces..etc. I want to power through..but I'm not sure. I told him it wouldn't be a very romantic act..since I'm on deaths door..but he's down. Should i? I'm torn.
