Will i get to do a vaginal birth?

So, i had to have a c-section, and it was because my hips didn't open. I really want my next one to be born vaginally. how many women out there has had the same issue as me? And how many were able to have a vaginal birth after? Is it possible? Or will my hips always be closed?

I can't guarantee that you will be able to have a vaginal birth, but most likely you have a good chance! Definitely do some research and find a vbac friendly provider. Try to stay active during pregnancy and during labor (lying on your back actually makes pushing baby out harder). Believe in yourself and advocate for the birth you want. You are delivering the baby and the doctor is helping, not the other way around! Just remember a happy healthy momma and and a happy healthy baby are the most important things!

My dr told me that I had to wait 2 or 3 years to do a vbac (vaginal birth after cecerian) because my uterus wouldn't be fully healed. It had been 6 years so I was a good canadite for a vbac but they wouldn't induce labor because contractions are stronger with pitocin and the chances of the uterus rupturing are greater.
