I'm sooooo sorry but this is the only place I feel comfy asking for understanding insight.

So, last night ,nearly 24 hours ago, my boyfriend and I had anal sex. Today, I sat on the toilet and there was blood. Honestly I thought my tampon had leaked a bit. But everytime I used the restroom since there are a lot of drops of blood, it's even on my underwear. I've experienced light bleeding after anal before, but rarely, so I'm wondering, should I be particularly concerned?
