Don't kno what to think

I recently had a weird period last week. My period was scheduled to be her Friday the 12th and as predicted it came down. It was dark but then got more bloody along with cramps later that night. The next day it was completely gone accompanied with some mild cramps. Now my period has always been 4or 5 days never a day I don't kno what to think. Maybe implantation I don't kno I took a pregnancy test and one was negative and the other test was blank no lines showed so in super confused. Should I wait to take another pregnancy test. Any suggestions
