My fiancée was fingering me and all the sudden like it started to hurt really bad and I started bleeding and we don't know why or what caused it is it something to worry about or not really please no rude comments I'm 18 and this has never happened before

He could have scratched you inside with his nails. Was it a lot of bleeding?
