Almost there 1 week an 2 days but pp ?

Was wondering after the baby is born do you heal up pretty fast ? If so when can you start going back to regular activties . I'm ready to have non prego sex haha. I just want my daughter here so bad . Over the heart burn , the pains , the swallowen hands an feet, an feeling like a whale .

Well I waited the 6 weeks, ( prob even a lil longer) to have sex after giving vaginal birth to my firstborn. It hurt so bad(painful) and felt terrible,(so open) tmi...  it takes months for things to start going back to normal down there. So I'm having all the sex I can now while things are still tight and a baby didn't come out of there lol. I get the big belly and all but after birth was way worse!! I'm gana miss the way things are down there , havnt had a baby come threw there in almost 4 years. Anyway I'd say enjoy it as much as u can now lol it will only get worse till it gets better

I think it just depends on the delivery.  I had a vaginal delivery with episiotomy 10 days ago and feel pretty good, only get sore when I push myself too far.

My doc said no sex or exercise for 6 weeks, not that I want to do either I'm too exhausted 😜

I know a lot of women who are feeling good a day or two after, but sex is off limits for at least 6 weeks because you risk infection. I'll be having my baby soon too and I'm really hoping for a speedy recovery so I can get back to work asap! for financial  reasons (my dr said it's possible to go back before 6 weeks depending on how labor and delivery goes) but I'm not looking forward to no sex for that long hahah, it's so uncomfortable now I can't wait to do it without this big belly lol.
