I need a little help on knowing the birth controls and how they work for any person. So if you are on birth control, can you say what is it, any changes, mood, is your period regular ?

I'm on the NuvaRing, it's a ring you out in your vagina for 3 weeks and take out for 1 week. During that one week you get your period. It makes my boobs sore and me and little moody. But I've never been on birthcontrol, you body has to get use to it.
