Does breastfeeding get easier with 2nd child?

I struggled for a while in the beginning of my daughter's life with nursing, to the point where I would dread every feeding the first few weeks. Eventually it got easier and I ended up nursing for 17 months, but I'm wondering if it might be easier with my second in the beginning?

Answer

Yes in the sense you now know what to expect and you also know it gets easier. I had latch issues with my 2nd so still had some struggles and pain but overall I felt Bf my 2nd was much easier.
