Anyone dealing with reflux?

My little one is 3 weeks and 5 days and she has shown signs of reflux over the last few days. She is spitting up more frequently after feedings especially after burping and arches her back and cries when we do go to burp her. We have a doctor's appointment today just wanted to see if anyone else was going thru this. We have been using gas drops and bottles with vents at the bottom. Oh I should also say while she is getting a bottle I am pumping and she gets breast milk.
