Do you get 2 lines on every opk?

I've read that you should at least get a faint second line every time you take an opk but I've also heard that some women only get a second line when they're approaching their LH surge. So I was just wondering what everyone's experience with them has been on here! This is my first time using them and I'm just trying to make sense of it all.

A positive opk has a second line, either the same color or a tad darker. If you're only seeing one its not positive yet. Here's a pic of my positive from today:

Been testing for the past 9 days.. nothing. . Can you still get pregnant if it doesn't show up on tests?

today was my 1st day using opk. got a line on test side that was just slightly less then control @ 7am . just tried again @ 7pm -fainter test line was slightly less then this am. I'm on cd 9 so idk.

Do you get 2 lines on every opk?
