Failed one hr glucose test :(

My sugar level was 148 and their limit is 140. I have to go back for the three hr test Friday. When I was pregnant with my son, I only did the three hr test and passed it. But who else failed the one hr and passed the three hr? I'm confused because I only gained 16 pounds with this pregnancy and I'm 30 weeks
