New to bbt, quick question
I know you're supposed to take it before getting out if bed, but I forgot and went to use the bathroom. As soon as I remembered I quickly rushed to lie down and take it. How late is too late to get an accurate bbt? Also, how high is the temperature going to get to determine you're ovulating?
