Leave of Absence...Twins/multiples moms

Hi Ladies I'm currently 27weeks pregnant with boy/girl twins & I also have 3 daughters already & I'm a Lab Tech @ a bioscience lab..this pregnancy has been rough I've been admitted 2 the hospital 3x's already..But I've been trying to wait until my 8th month to take off work bcuz I'm just not ready to stop yet..but this last week & a half of work has been hard I've been trying 2 make it thru each day by forcing myself to move around..but i think I've reached my limit..Just wanted to know what do you all think about taking a leave @ only 7 months??
