Period after a stillbirth

Just need a little advice my precious little girl Isobel was born sleeping on the 1 nov at 23 weeks. My Doc gave us the all clear to ttc again once I had  one cycle. I got my af on the 6th dec and my next one is due on sat. I am getting none of my usual symptoms no cramping no sore boobs all I seem to be getting is more ewcm so I seeing no signs of af or a bfp I don't know what is going on with my body
