I'm confused about how to know when to have sex? When my temp spikes or falls?? Help!

Answer

It is best to have sex multiple times during your fertile window as defined by Glow. And certainly on the day of your peak chances. Glow incorporates your BBT in to determining that peak and it is usually a day or two before your temperature spikes.

That temperature spike indicates that you have ovulated, and that your fertile window is closed. The temperature dip before the spike is an excellent time to have sex - but the dip us usually harder to determine than the spike. (You could have multiple little dips - but only the last one counts.
