Very light spotting week before?

Okay I started  spotting today and it's very light but my period  isn't due until  next week plus on top of this my breasts  have swelled and my nipples hurt...Is it normal?

Are you trying to get pregnant? May have been implantation bleeding.  Even if it is not, it is normal to occasionally spot when it is not time for your period. If it continues to happen, maybe call your doctor.

It sounds like it may have been too late, but there is a chance that it could have been ovulation spotting, maybe u just ovulated a little later
