VBAC.....?

Question

Any stories of successful Vbac's?
My first was born c-section due to failure to progress after water broke naturally.

I'm heavily considering a VBAC for our daughter due in June but honestly it's a scary decision.  
I know c-section should seem scarier but hey been there done that lol. Dr said she will support either choice.

I had a vbac 1.5 year after my csection, let me tell you it was a painful labor for me but afterwards it was so worth it to not be in pain and able to walk and dress myself.  Having done both I personally would never want to go through a c section again

I would say try vaginal first. It's very possible to deliver successfully.

I will be having my 3rd c-section in june. Would love to go natural but my dr said its not safe for me and baby.

My mother in law had a vbac with my husband. She had a c section with my SIL because she wasn't progressing. Had my husband vaginally 3 years later, no problems. This was 27 years ago. I say give it a go if you can.

I had a c section with my first and I'm trying for a vbac this time. My dr will let me do the vbac if I go into labor naturally before my due date. If I don't they will do a c secrion the day after my due date. My son was 11 days early so I'm hoping this baby comes a little early too.

I had my daughter who is almost 7 by c-section and I am almost 22 weeks along with my son and I have decided to go VBAC this time. 
My doctor is very supportive of the decision. We do have a c-section date picked if I do not go in to labor by my due date which is June 28th. 
I'm a little scared but my CS was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life with anything and I will do whatever I can for it to not happen again!

Vbac is totally worth a shot. I have had 2 successful ones and the recovery is so much better. Also better overall for baby and mom.  Do research, don't be pressured into a c, check out spinningbabies.com for good exercises to do to prep for baby.

I've had 2 vacs and they were amazing. I plan. On having a 3rd with this little girl. 
It's so much easier afterwords and to not be on all the pain pills and able to move freely. Totally worth it

Yes there are consequences to a vbac but I had my first natural and my second by CS  and I am planning this one natural because out of everything  (induction, vaginal birth, water broke at home, CS) I choose all natural it was much less painful. I don't ever want a CS again.
