I wish I got them. I leaked enough to feed a second child at first.

The lactation nurse at my child's PCP office recommends these. In fact this is on the list of the top 3 things to have if your breastfeeding. The other 2 things are a Simple Wishes hands free pumping bra and Medela quick clean steam bags. I only leak milk if i try to go more than 6 hours and feel like I'm going to explode. I haven't tried these yet.
