Go or no ?

I'm 15 weeks and I'm having intense cramps on one side, the right side. And I've never had a nose bleed in my entire life and it's bled 2 times today for 45 minutes each time. I've been dizzy, and nauseas all day & have a bad bad headache. I haven't been to the doctor since 8 weeks. Should I go to the Er ? Or no?

YES I definitely would.. I always figured when it doubt call you nurse/OB/midwife- it's not worth the baby's health or yours!

I don't know about going to the ER, my doctor advised to always go to labor and delivery, even if there is a hospital with just an ER closer by, since they typically send you there anyways. You'll need people that are skilled with pregnancy related problems. The ER doesn't really do much for pregnant women. Call your nearest labor and delivery hall and see what they say.
