Placenta Encapsulation?? Yes or no

This is my 4th pregnancy this is twin girls.. I didn't have placenta Encapsulation written my other 3 but I'm going to do it this time around.  I had such a hard time with last pregnancy with depression,  energy, and anemia I think it can't hurt..  Please I'd love everyone's opinions on this subject

I love the idea of it and the benefits are amazing but the thought of actually eating it makes me feel physically sick. It's not for me unfortunately but I wish I felt differnt about it!

I'm happy there are lots of others that are opting to do this.. I am only freaked out about the person doing it and the actual cleanliness of her practice.. I won't be there and I just don't know if she dropped it on floor or if it touched someone else's placenta that's my main concern

I considered it but we are opting for delayed cord clamping and our midwife will massage the placenta toward baby until we cut so at that point there isn't anything to really save of the placenta/cord blood isn't left to bank. We opted this bc that way, baby gets the most blood/nutrients and that was most important to me. We aren't doing a full lotus delay bc there are risks of infection, but around 25-30 mins and hopefully baby will also be nursing by then :)
