With my first pregnancy I almost immediately was bombarded with symptoms, prominently my breasts jumped tolwo sizes up in the first month and they felt like a car hit them, I had extreme fatigue, frequent urination etc. this pregnancy the only proof I have is a positive test. Is this a sign I might miscarry?
