Lost all symptoms, sign of miscarriage?
I'm 7 weeks and this week my morning sickness stopped, boobs weren't sore, and constipation stopped almost all on the same day! I also had a weird white tissue thing in my urine, but no blood And no pain. Could I have had a miscarriage? I can't wait until my ultra sound next week to find out.
