Anyone else have this?

I'm 8 dpo and had a sharp pain like cramps or back contractions. It lasted 15-30 seconds. It started with my uterus and  then to my back so my entire lower abs and back hurt. Idk if it was just cramps from implantation or just a random spasm. I had it with my very first pregnancy from my uterus growing but i was 3-5  weeks pregnant then or During 2ww and the week after 2ww and then stopped and then we lost it at 8 weeks. Its heart stopped after the ultrasound at 7 weeks. That's what gave it away. I had it 2-3 times during the last 2 weeks of my cycle I tested pos and then the next week I had it a few more time times. It gives me hope because that was the only pregnancy that lasted long enough or development enough to see on ultrasound. But it was 3 years ago  Anyone else have this during 2ww and be pregnant? I feel stupid getting my hopes up. It's like every time I do, I'm not pregnant.
