I am on my third baby and for some reason this is the first one that labor scares me. With the first, I threw up all threw labor which was seven hours. With the second, I had contractions 3 min. apart and they slowed once I went to the hospital... five hour labor and was seconds from getting a pitocin drip but then they changed their minds and said it was time to push. I healed so much quicker from baby #2 but they drugged me lots with baby #1 because of vomiting so maybe it's having a better memory of labor #2 that is scaring me. My labors weren't bad but for some reason I'm stressing already and I'm only 24 weeks. I am very afraid of long labor or c-section all because of the slowed contractions with baby #2. I am probably nuts to feel this way when i didnt with the first two. Especially, because I've already done it twice and they weren't that bad! Sorry, just letting it out. Can't talk to people I know about it because they have experienced harsh labors and say I "had it easy".
