Strange twinges!
So just a quickie. I'm 3 days late for AF and this evening I've been getting strange twinges in my lower abdomen. It almost feels like my bladder is in spasm but not quite my bladder. Any ideas what this could be? Pretty sure it's nothing to do with AF as I've never had this feeling before xx
