I'm confused because I took this with early morning urine. Then I took another later tonight and the test was negative I'm not sure if it showed in the morning because levels are stronger or what...

Hcg levels are always higher in the morning because your urine is more concentrated. By the evening your urine is diluted. Wait a couple of days and take another with your first pee of the day. Looks positive to me.

Yup! It showed up on your morning test because your hcg levels were more concentrated. Just didn't show on your evening test because you're probably very early still, which is why it was so faint on the first one. No need to worry, looks like the start of a bfp to me!! That is what mine looked like then I got this, the one on the left was taken the night before and on the right was taken with fmu and then the next day I got a very very positive test! Good luck baby dust to you!
