Soo.. I finally went to the "first prenatal visit" sat and waited in one waiting room for 45 minutes, then waited in the "inside waiting room" for another hour. Finally the doc sees me. She spent a total of FIVE MINUTES with me and my SO. Enough to ask me my first day of last period, if I take any meds and if we have any known medical conditions within our families. . 5 minutes tops.

No urine test. Nothing. . ( MY Calculations say I should be 7.5 weeks today)

she took blood and scheduled an ultrasound a week from today.

So. . Ya, I spent a total of 4 hours in that building. .to be given a blood test and told to comeback in a week. . I'm about 7.5 weeks. ..I think I deserved an ultrasound TODAY. ..

Nice office, nice people, prices are good-provided u have insurance....

But man! The wait time is insane. And I HAD an appointment at 2:30. Got there at 2:15. Was not seen for two hours..
