Taking tampons out. Advice?

Putting it in is no problem. Taking it out though, even hour later when it should be full, is always hard. I thought that after 5-6 hours, it should be full enough to just slide out. When I do see it after its out, it looks full.  Everytime I go to change it, it's always some struggle to get it out. What could I be doing wrong? Advice?

Maybe relax your muscles. I know sometimes it's like a reflex for me to clench down there with makes it harder to get it out.

It happens to me! It hurts like the dickens!!! I just take two fingers spread the Labias down there and then pull tampon string until it's out. It helps a lot better.

I thought I was the only one! We're in the same shoes but I have no one to go to! Even the smallest size is what I use and there's still difficulty getting it out

Maybe you tense up before you take you out? I know that could make it hurt.  Or your flow might just be really light and doesn't fill it enough
