Pp depression?!

I think I have pp depression .. I have all the symptoms and I am desparate what can I do I need advice + I have no support whatsoever around me infact I have total asshole IL's and it's not making me anything but worse!!

Talk to you dr, and to your mom, aunt, sister, friend, coworker mama, anyone who will sit down and listen and have the time and patience to be there for you. A good support system is the foundation for getting better.
