Prenatal Plus??

So my Aunt was TTC for two years, she never had any luck. Someone had told her to try these Prenatal Plus vitamins that it would up her chances, so of course she did. A couple weeks later she was pregnant!!! Is it true that Prenatal Plus can up your chances or what?? I told my OBGYN that my fiancé and I were TTC and thats what he prescribed me. What all are these taken for? I grew up with ALL GUYS so all this stuff is harder for me to understand lol.
