Paragard cramps
So I had the Paragard IUD inserted a few months ago and, even though I love it, it has given me some pretty gnarly cramps. I've never had very heavy periods/cramps before, so I'm pretty clueless about managing them. What are your ladies cramp hacks? I could use some relief haha
