Charlie horse or contraction?

My tummy keeps getting what feels like a Charlie horse, it will get really tight then it will release. Only happened twice today but was still curious.

Those sound like Braxton hicks contractions, they don't hurt bad- uncomfortable toward the end of pregnancy. Real contractions are painful.

When you have contractions your stomach will get tight. Kinda like a squeezing feeling.
