Support bands?

I'm having pains in my middle/upper back. And I've considered buying a belly support band thing. 
What are your experiences with them? Are they worth it? If so which one would you recommend?

Mine is coming in on Saturday. Ordered on Amazon. 24.99$. I'm feeling good after reading these responses that I finally got one at 26 weeks. Probably sooner! So id say go ahead and order one!

I just bought one from target the other day for $17. Seriously best thing I've ever spent money on, I'm seriously kicking myself for not buying one sooner. I have been dealing with terrible hip/back pain to where it brings me to tears and at 28 week I finally decided I couldn't take it anymore. I could tell a big difference as soon as I put it on

I've had two kids and never needed one with them until being pregnant with this one. It absolutely made a huge difference for me and worked wonders. I can walk normally again and for longer periods of time with it on :) Definitely worth it :)

I use mine daily.  I love it.  It helps take pressure off.  I got mine at a medical supply store, it cost about $50.
